Upon entering Bluebird London New York located at Columbus Circle, guests are welcomed into The Parlour, open from early until late. In the morning, the space invites neighbors to enjoy draft lattes by La Colombe, cappuccinos and viennoiseries from Pastry Chef Jared Sexton, including a selection of signature Chelsea Buns and more healthy options such as shakes, smoothies and breakfast bowls.
After a light all day menu that includes salads and sandwiches, the space transitions to an evening wine bar, with a menu that consists of elevated snacks such as Sipsmith Gin Cured Salmon with dill, mustard and cucumber, and Porcini Tarlets with shaved truffle and chives, all paired alongside Bluebird London’s approachable wine list. With an international focus, the wine program highlights major regions, while also incorporating wine regions of lesser status or renown, catching the fancy of all. Mirroring our British roots, there is an emphasis on Sparkling Wine and Bordeaux. From traditional wine to a good vintage, Bluebird’s succinct wine list rotates seasonally and includes small allotments of rare wines and back vintages.
