Upon entering Bluebird London New York located at Columbus Circle, guests are welcomed into The Parlour, open from early until late. In the morning, the space invites neighbors to enjoy draft lattes by La Colombe, cappuccinos and viennoiseries from Pastry Chef Jared Sexton, including a selection of signature Chelsea Buns and more healthy options such as shakes, smoothies and breakfast bowls.
After a light all day menu that includes salads and sandwiches, the space transitions to an evening wine bar, with a menu that consists of small plates and snacks such as a selection of artisan cheeses and locally made charcuterie, Spiced lamb skewer with yogurt tahini dip, and Tempura prawns with cilantro aioli, all paired alongside Bluebird London’s approachable wine list offering a glass for $10.
